Founding Dean Roberto S. Mariano Top Graduating Student Award (BSc Economics)

In memory of Professor Roberto "Bobby" S. Mariano, the Founding Dean of SMU School of Economics (SOE) and Founding Director of Sim Kee Boon Institute for Financial Economics (SKBI), this Award honours his legacy of striving for academic excellence.

Every gift brings us closer to our goal of raising S$100,000 to endow a S$5,000 annual award in perpetuity to the top graduating student in Economics.

We aim to complete fundraising by the end of March 2026 to qualify for an existing government grant to match the donations received.

Thank you for helping to establish this lasting tribute to Professor Mariano, to carry forward a small part of the warmth he gave so freely to all of us.
